Mélanie Duhamel, CPA Auditor, CA

Mélanie Duhamel, who graduated from the HEC Business School, is an accredited professional accountant since 1998. Her years spent at the Ernst & Young Accounting firm in the Audit Department and at Bell Canada as an Associate Director, have enabled Mélanie to acquire a solid background in Financial Accounting and in Strategic and Budget planning.

Caroline Dubé
Marketing and Communications Adviser

Caroline Dubé is an academic expert that brings a solid understanding of the most recent trends and researches in the marketing field. Caroline holds a MSc in Business Management from HEC Montréal, and currently is completing her PhD thesis in Marketing after studying in the USA and in Europe.


Julie Di Genova
Executive Assistant, Office of the President

Julie Di Genova has been a key contributor in managing the Office of the President for more than 20 years. Fluent in three languages, she also held various administrative positions at Bell Canada during her career. She has been involved with several non-profit organizations, including Kids Help Phone; the Mental Illness Foundation, as well as the Special Olympics.


Roch L. Dubé

Roch L. Dubé is an accomplished business leader that successfully launched and managed several private and public companies. His most recent appointments include: President of Bell Aliant Québec and Ontario; President and CEO of Bell Nordiq Group; President of Aliant Telecom and founding President and CEO of Connexim.

During his distinguished career within the BCE family, he built a reputation for excellence through his customer-focused approach and his ability to inspire employees to surpass themselves. Under his leadership, Bell Nordiq Group was recognized for two years in a row among the 50 Top Employers in Canada.  He has received several honors and awards for his business and academic accomplishments.

Actively involved in the business community, he is Chairman of the Board of the Quebec Society for Quality (Mouvement Québécois de la Qualité), an organization of some 500 member companies and which aims to increase the competitiveness and productivity of companies in Québec. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aligo Innovation, a company that valorizes the intellectual property assets of its partnering institutions such as; Concordia University, McGill University, Sherbrooke University, the universities that are members of the network of universities of Quebec, and the École de Technologie supérieure (ETS). He is also Chairman of Noviflow Inc. Board of Directors since its inception in 2012, a high technology company that provides high-performance OpenFlow-based switching solutions to data centers and network operators seeking greater control and flexibility over their networks.

Moreover, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Quebec Chamber of Commerce Federation (FCCQ) 2008-09 and sat on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.  He was also Chairman of the University of Quebec Board in Abitibi-Témiscaminque (UQAT) from 2009 to 2012. Very close to the community, he was actively involved in the success of the Canadian Special Olympics National Games 2008 where he presided as Chairman of the Board as well as the founder in Quebec for Kids Help Phone. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Landrx Simulation Inc., a Dubé & Co company.
